Regina Benjamin served as U.S. Surgeon General under President Obama and founded the BayouClinic, serving a poor fishing community in Alabama. Having worked through Hurricane Katrina in 2005, Benjamin talks to Walter about the lessons learned on what to do when disaster strikes rural America.
